Hello Folks,
With this simple post we are inaugurating our cooking section. This recipe is very simple, cheap and ideal to server as an antipasto or even as an appetizer along a cool beer. Let check out the ingredients:
- Sirio Bread or Thin Pizza Crust
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Oregano

- Lemon Pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese
To those not familiar with Lemon Pepper seasoning, it’s a mixture of herbs with pepper and grated lemon peel. You can find it easily in fairs or in the public market here in São Paulo. I would like to thank my friend Maria Cristina that gave me some Lemon Pepper seasoning.
How to:
Preheat oven to 180C degrees for 8 minutes. Place on a baking dish the Sirio’s bread or pizza dough. Drizzle with olive oil.
Sift over the grated Parmesan cheese, the lemon pepper (be generous in the portion of lemon pepper) and oregano.
Bake for about 8-15 minutes. Cut into strips and bon appetit!!
